MIT critical support delivered by Master Technologies LLC covers many mission critical customer's IT systems. This service is delivered to provide business continuity.

Critical Support

It consists from IT system monitoring, planned maintenance and support to critical response starting from 12 hours to solving problems up to 2 hours on urgent situations.

Critical support is equipped with necessary stock of spare parts tools, call centre, 24X7 and certified engineer's support. It also covers less mission critical systems or parts of the system from the hardware problems to other system problem, from data centre to client workplace.
